A Payment Adjustment Form should be submitted if funds are not available to withdraw from a troop bank account at the time of the auto-withdrawal for product. The Payment Adjustment Form can be completed by a Troop Product Manager (TPM), Troop Leader or Service Unit Product Chair. Troops who submit a Payment Adjustment Form are still responsible for all money owed.
If funds are not available due to a girl shortage, please fill out both the Payment Adjustment Form AND a Girl Shortage Form.
**Requests received after the deadlines listed below will not be processed in time to prevent the withdrawal and the troop will be responsible for any overdraft fees that occur**
