Girl-Led Council —

Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa is dedicated to improving the Leadership Experience for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors through the formation of a Girl-Led Council.

The Girl-Led council will be divided into three committees: communication, programs, and membership.  Each girl will have the opportunity to work within her local areas including her troop and Service Unit as well as the option to work in other areas throughout the entire jurisdiction of Greater Iowa.  Girls will enhance their strengths and leadership abilities while obtaining new skills.  They will also have the opportunity to give input for programs, training, and higher awards.
