Returns are accepted in-store at the retail shop within 90 days of
the original purchase, provided items are in resalable condition.
- Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. In
the event that item is no longer available, you may choose another
item or receive store credit.
- Items purchased online cannot
be returned to a shop. Instructions for online returns are provided
separately for online orders.
- Fun patch orders and other
special/custom orders cannot be returned.
- After 90 days,
items may only be exchanged (not returned for refund or store
credit), provided the returned item is still a current item being
sold. Exchanges may be based on the current price of the item.
Returned purchases will be credited in the manner they were paid.
(Ex. A debit card purchase will be credited back to your debit card.)
- Cash or check purchases will be refunded in cash for refunds
of $30 or less. Refunds greater than $30 will be issued by
check or as store credit.
- Purchases made with Program
Credits (Cookie Dough, Munch Money, or Juliette Credits), financial
assistance, or store credit will not be refunded. Items may be
exchanged in-store, within 90 days of the original purchase.
