Please review the Silver Award Checklist before completing this form. This is a required application form, before a troop or a girl begins a Silver Award project.
Please allow four weeks for a response from the Highest Awards committee.
An adult may submit the form, but all responses should be based on girl’s input and ideas.
After completing an approved Silver Award project, troops/girls should submit the Silver Award Final Report.
