Ambassador, Brownie, Cadette, Daisy, Junior, Senior

This spring, Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) excited to collaborate with Penguin Random House and former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama to introduce the Becoming Me program, inspired by themes from Mrs. Obama’s Becoming: Adapted for Young Readers.

Through the program, girls will unlock the power of their unique stories and embark on journeys to becoming their best selves.

Join your Girl Scout sisters across the country for a members-only virtual event with Mrs. Obama on Thursday, May 6, to kick off Becoming Me!

Following the event, girls can go on to earn badges, explore who they want to become, and take part in a national service project throughout the six- to eight-week program series.

Registration for the event will be through GSUSA, not GSGI. To use your free GSGI membership, be sure to complete the membership form here, and wait for your membership to be processed before registering for the event. Once your membership is processed, register for the event by April 30 here. Important! If you try to register for the event before your membership is processed, you will be prompted to pay for your $25 annual membership fee through GSUSA, so please request your free membership from GSGI first!
