How To Sell Tips (English) (Spanish) |
The “How to Sell Cookies” resource is the perfect way to help Girl Scouts get the most out of the Girl Scout Cookie Program experience. They can be handed out to volunteers and to girls, even posted at the Girl Scout Cookie booth as a reminder. |
| Name Tags (Volunteer) (Girl) | Wearing these cute, easy-to-print name tags at the Girl Scout Cookie booth can help customers strike up a conversation with their “local cookie professionals.” Safety Reminder: Only use your first name |
| Team Business Cards | These “team” business cards encourage customers to buy cookies this year and provide the girlscoutcookies.org URL so that they and their families and friends will know where to buy cookies next year. Girls can hand the cards out at booths. Avery Compatible Safety Reminder: Girls should not use these cards to write their personal email/phone numbers for customers! |
| Cookie Receipt | Some customers ask for a receipt. Here is a form councils can print on standard paper to provide upon request. |
| Out of Stock Order Cards | Girls may use this card to collect customer information in order to provide the customer with the cookies they want. |
| Thank You Cards | Girls can give a big “thank-you” to their cookie customers with these Avery-compatible cards—ready to print. Have girls fill out and include the cards with each cookie order as a show of appreciation. |
| Lawn Signs | Girls can direct customers to their booths with these simple directional signs. To print weatherproof signs (such as lawn or yard signs) for use throughout the year, call your local office supply or print shop. A 17”x11” size is available for desktop printing. |
| Cookie Booth Hours / Signs | Are your girls selling Girl Scout Cookies at a local office? Setting up shop outside the town grocery store? Promote the sale with these customizable signs! |
| Art Stencils |
Bling your cookie booth with these fun stencils! Print on cardstock, cut out the shapes, and have girls add their personal touch with bold colors and illustrations, making their Girl Scout Cookie booth one of a kind. Encourage girls to make their trefoils green! |
| Cookies Cause Poster | Will girls be donating Girl Scout Cookie boxes to a local cause? Tell customers about it and show how the team is making a difference this year. Indicate on the poster that you’re supporting a general Take Action project, not a specific organization, in keeping with Girl Scout money-earning guidelines. For example: “we’re providing meals for the homeless” or “we’re purchasing food for the animal shelter,” not “we’re donating to the Red Cross” or “we’re giving money to the Petco Animal fund.” |
|
Daily and Seasonal Goal Charts. Help girls track sales and observe progression with these handy charts! |
|
| Cookie Coloring Sheet | Need a fun activity to pass some time? Here's a great way to do a relaxing activity and learn about the cookies at the same time! |
| Door Hangers | Use these customizable door hangers to leave on doors when no one is home. |
