Details

  • Registration packets available NOW through your Girl Services Manager or your Leadership Center.
  • Leaders must re-register a minimum of five girls & two adults
    to be eligible for prizes.
  • All leaders must have completed the 2013-2014 “Authorization to Release” Form.

Fun Prizes

  • Early Bird girls get a fun patch! (see red image on the right)
  • Early Bird leaders get a Neoprene Portable Electronics Case. (The electronic cases will be given to all adults within safety checkpoint ratios.)

Why Register as an Early Bird?

  1. Makes it easier in the fall to get up and going! Our fall events (like BIG on September 7th) can sneak up on you if you are busy worrying about getting girls re-registered.
  2. Time! If a troop leader is not returning, there is time to find a new leader – and that new leader has time to complete training before the busy fall season.
  3. Graduating Ambassadors may register as a Lifetime Member for $156 before September 1, 2013.
  4. Register online with eBiz and then track members, email parents, update meeting information, and print membership cards.
  5. It’s easy! Simple enough, right?

When does Cookie Dough expire?
Saturday, September 15, 2012 (if you are using it online, orders must be received by 11:59 pm. Note: Cookie Dough cannot be used at Girl Scouts of the USA’s website (http://www.girlscoutshop.com )

Is there any way to use Cookie Dough after September 15, 2012?
Because Cookie Dough is an earned award and not a gift card, we cannot accept Cookie Dough as payment after the expiration date of September 15, 2012. And as an added bonus, our shops will be open from 9:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturday, September 15!

Can I check my balance?
Yes.  Get your card, and put in the number on this website.

What if a Cookie Dough card was lost?
Please call your local Leadership Center and we can look up Cookie Dough card numbers and amounts.  Please note that we will not be able to give out the entire Troop’s Cookie Dough card numbers.  Each parent/guardian will need to call in for their daughter’s card numbers.

What are the ways that I can use my Cookie Dough?

  • You may visit any of the five Leadership Centers
  • Online    Note: Cookie Dough cannot be used at Girl Scouts of the USA’s website
  • E-mail your Girl Services Manager and they will forward the request to the Shop Manager
  • Fax your order into a Leadership Center
  • Call a Leadership Center and order over the phone

When will my local Leadership Center Shops be open this week?
Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm,
Thursday until 6:00 pm and
this Saturday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

What if I try to order online and my order will not process?
Due to a high volume of online orders being submitted this week, especially on Saturday night, please keep in mind that sometimes the system may experience technical difficulties.  The best way to avoid this is to order ahead of time by any of the means listed above.  Should you experience technical difficulties, please e-mail Julie Tuttle, Director of Retail Operations.

Can a girl use her Cookie Dough for a program listed in the Program Book that takes place after Saturday, September 15, 2012?
Of course! As long as she has turned in her registration form before Saturday, September 15, 2012, she will be able to use her Cookie Dough as payment.

You may register by completing the registration form in the Program Book or online.
