DESCRIPTION:  	Algona: Here is your opportunity to share your enthusiasm, experience, knowledge, and skills with Girl Scout Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors.  Part of the council-designed leadership course training will involve learning to work with children and gain a deeper understanding of a specialty such as science, art, the outdoors, or adapting activities for girls with disabilities.  Once you have completed this training, you will need to work directly with younger girls over six activity sessions and earn one LiA Award to receive your Cadette Program Aide Award.
